Injury claims from poor ergonomics are on the rise. Save your company money and your employees from injury by implementing an ergonomic education and training program.

What is Ergonomics Education and Training?

When it comes to improving employee lives and reducing injury, prevention is your most powerful tool. Ergonomic education and training teaches your employees to recognize potentially risky situations and to make the appropriate changes. It also provides support to administrators through program planning tailored to your workplace’s unique needs.

Ergonomic education and training can have a dramatic impact on worker safety and productivity. Workers who are educated in ergonomics tend to have higher productivity, better morale, reduced absenteeism, and fewer injury claims.

Our Process

One of our licensed therapists will meet with you to consult on your workplace’s current situation. If we decide it makes sense to move forward, we’ll conduct a site visit to learn more about your challenges and your culture. From there, we’ll create a plan that addresses your workplace’s needs.

As part of our education services, we will create a training session tailored for employees, supervisors, or a combined audience. We’ll deliver this session on-site and will be happy to answer any questions posed by the audience. We also provide HR managers with support in creating longer-term strategies that continue to improve employee and supervisor understanding of workplace ergonomics.

Your Needs are Unique

We know that every work space is unique, and that your situation is different from any other. Therefore, we’ll work with you to create a plan that is uniquely tailored to your needs. Our multilingual team can easily work with a variety of employees to ensure clear communication, education, and training. We want to help you create a safe and productive work environment – ergonomics training is a crucial piece of that puzzle.
